dave stranding@cstanhope so I bought a pixma ts9020 and... bad news: requires a proprietary driver. canon provides a "source" tarball with a bunch of GPL2 licensed stuff, but upon further inspection they just build executables that dlopen proprietary shared libraries. it's a paperweight. :(
