Conversation

Goodnight friends! Another day of almost ceaseless snow, as fine & as windblown as yesterday–every contour & eddy of the wind caught on an overhanging eve is plotted in a slipstream of white sparks on the grey air. Thankfully it seems like that same dusty fineness means settling is harder, & when it does settle it seems to compact down instead of drifting up.

I braved the wind peppering my face w/ice, walked out into a quiet ghostly world.

May we accept our dread & grief today, & move forward!
