@ke5mkt I’ve seeded spinach, salads and radishes early February while we had mild weather. A few days later winter came back and got worse and worse with night frosts down to 7°F
I thought all would have been lost (my greenhouse is unheated). But now they start germinating. Let’s see if there’ll be gaps in the rows. :)-

@morph Our winter is pretty much over here. We may have another cold snap or two but I doubt anything serious. We should've planted the first couple in January but we didn't get anything in the ground until 3 weeks ago. Sweet peas, lettuce, spinach, kale, and some beets this spring. My Angel wanted the beets. I think all a beer is good for is throwing at people.
