Lite goda nyheter: EU-domstolen har förklarat ett ISDS-avtal mellan Nederländerna och Slovakien olagligt (den typ av avtal som gör det möjligt för företag att stämma stater som stiftar lagar mot deras favör).

Some good news: the EU court has decided that an ISDS type agreement between the Netherlands and Slovakia is illegal (the type of agreement that makes it possible for companies to sue countries for passing laws detrimental to their business).
