Sometimes I see people waving around psych meds versus therapy like it's a Real Thing, like you can only have One or the Other and that your choice must therefore fix All Your Ills and if it doesn't then it's bad?

Which is totally bullshit.

I mean, the two things? They are completely different things. It is like saying that you need to have either a screwdriver or a hex wrench and that a hex wrench is bad because it can't screw in Phillips screws.
