The US is just kind of fucked when it comes to violence in their culture but of some particular interest to me is what is so different between the US and other places in that regard.  I mean, Canada has laxer gun laws in some respects (whee sawed off shotguns) and yet all that US media we import hasnt seen us become a country of school shooters.
