Me: "See the desktop icon that says TeamViewer? Could you open that for me?"
User: "I don't have a team view thing on my desktop"
*5-10 minutes of me repeatedly trying to explain to him that he just has to click a blue square on his desktop*
Me: "You are ABSOLUTELY sure there's no TeamViewer on your desktop in the top left?"
User: "No I only have Esc, F1, Tab, [etc.]"
Me: "w-wait, you're looking at the desktop right"
User: "Yeah, they keyboard"
