   @theru @nybill You can't interupt rugby for anything! It's not as rough as it used to be (to many cameras) but it's a lot faster than it used to be. I would put international rugby players at the top of any list when it comes to all round fitnes. It's just a shame we aren't very good at it at the moment :/
