Working in a different office this week. Language barrier is noticeable already, as I struggle to recall long unused Spanglish to ease their struggle to use English. #PR

@infernalturtle I've only seen a small portion through the bus window on my way to and from work. Not enough knowledge to answer.

@infernalturtle I plan to write a blog post about it soon. Overall, though, if you have a chance to work a few months or a year in a different country, do it.

@infernalturtle I have driven a few miles in the evenings in and around San Juan. Many of the highways and surface streets are in really bad shape, with potholes and debris in the right-hand lanes. Many (most?) traffic lights are still off, as are almost all the street lights. Lane striping is worn away, as in it was due years ago and never done.

Most vehicles seem to have minor dents.

Drivers aren't aggressive (e.g., they don't drive like NJ or Boston drivers), but they do seem to be careless about sudden lane changes and turns in traffic. Turn signals? What are those?
