      @nds Even on identi.ca, there was the fear of hyper-verbosity. On Twitter, though, people have long turned their longer-text messages into graphics, then attached the graphics to their tweets. I think more (still-limited) text and fewer giganto-graphics in the timeline has been needed for years.
