      @lnxw48a1 Different modus operandi. UNSUB 1 was using disguised explosives. Newly discovered UNSUB 2 is using straight-up undisguised incendiary devices in open areas. Intelligence & Investigations (I&I) under Unified Command just got more difficult but BATFE assistance has been requested by local LEOs.
