Just added binary output to a graphics converter tool I'm hoping to get a graphician to use. Since he doesn't have a dev environment set up I instead had the converter patch a specially made ROM with converted graphics data that can then be run on an emulator. TL;DR: romhacking my own work

Next up: build the thing under msys2
