Thor, the Norseman has moved!There has to be a way of making self-hosting as easy as SaaS. SaaS became a thing because IT people weren't keen on making themselves redundant. Designing user friendly shrink wrap server software is possible. It's just that this runs counter to the interests of IT workers, so it never happened, and SaaS stepped in to disrupt it. We basically exploited the privileges our knowledge gave us and it came back to bite us.
