      @perloid Hehe. My reader still doesn't tell me, even if I tell it to refresh, but if I take the browser to the feed I can see them. Maybe I should look into a new reader.

         Now trying out https://f-droid.org/packages/com.nononsenseapps.feeder/ , which apparently I had already installed. It looks much slicker, and it can notify you of new posts. Following the gomax feed and the comments feed.

         @clacke I added the feed we discussed to Thunderbird's 'Blogs and News Feeds' and saw new messages there.
