   When the bullies run out of fresh targets, they turn on eachother. They have a need to put other people down. They have a drive inside of them to be the top narcissist around. When their victims fight back, or simply block out their crap, they realize that they could put down others like them.
   
   So it becomes constantly shifting alliances, drama, pressuring, lying, backstabbing. The worst of politics, contained in a so-called 'community'

      Communities are about being together, about the people within being equal, chatting and discussing on fair terms. You don't have to like everyone within, but you accept they have as much right to discuss their views, as you do, that's the point. 
      
      When everyone contained in it, wants to be top dog, the core ideals of a true community never work.

         It'll crash and burn. As everyone dismantles the others.
         
         There's not enough room for everyone to climb the ladder at once. So you all fall down.
