hey, I remember seeing stuff about this floating around after that one instance lost all their data, but I didn't realize I'd be needing that info: can anyone point me to info about backing up (or migrating) a Mastodon instance? @Penpen can't pay for fasterwhen.red right now but we wanna redeploy somewhere cheaper at some point
