The decaying orbit track for Tiangong-1 is looking bad. The various sub-satellite points (the spots on the ground the station is orbiting directly overhead) keep shifting to where the last track shows an arc from Florida stretching like part of a parabola through the central US and leaving CONUS in the vicinity of Sacramento.

Anti-sat weapon's use to blow it up might precipitate Kessler Syndrome keeping us out of space & pinned to the ground. Crash in CONUS will be a drastic HAZMAT event.
