Conversation

Goodnight friends! Rain, cold+dour skies continue, along w/intensifing effects on my joints–phantom stiffness & a crushing, burning sensation intruded on my thoughts today. It stops me focussing more than it stops me walking, but the bodily alarm that insists I shouldn't move is hard to quell.

I went on a short night jaunt, trying to stay mobile. At night especially small details transfix one–a sinuous lamppost somehow looks ancient.

May we accept our pasts & strive to build our futures today!
