   Computer emergency response team (India) whines why people don't report incidents to them. Who will report to you when Indian govt FIRs people instead of rewarding them? Or simply don't reply to repeated emails about bugs? Even the staunchest patriot will stop reporting if you cannot reward them by recognising their contribution in some form - either money or recognition. This would be a hilarious if India didn't have the oozing monster called UIDAI.

   Also according to this interview, India has the largest bug bounty hunters in the World.

      Since Mr. Bahl is so fond of bug reports, I would like to file one titled "Aadhaar is mass surveillance and a threat to national security -- scrap it".
