   So uh... that new mastodon's instance reaction to a person engaging in suicidal ideation was to ban them.

      When the first thing you think of when you see someone in distress, is how that person being in distress inconvinences you, they have a lot of words for you, and zero of them are flattering.

         @maiyannah  I've sent in local LEOs before to resolve such situations with threat assessments to follow.  These are not happy days.
