    No. Only with current nuclear technology. Small power plants that come as a unit, with fuel included, and you return it, still sealed as a unit, to the factory it came from 20 years later when the fuel is spent, will change everything.

      So, you could be able to return the sealed, spent plant, and get a new one in its place; I like this scheme. There'll still be the "What to do wtih the spent fuel" problem.
