   @Elizafox well, the thing is, where do you think those federal funds come from? the taxpayer dollar, the economy

   both of those things still exist in the west coast, and can be used to support it

      @Elizafox the problem is, the west coast actively contributes to problems in society, AND they should be on the hook to help the rest of the country through these hard times, as a result.

      seceding from the US would both hurt the west coast, and the entire country in general. hell, it would hurt the ENTIRE WORLD.
