      @Angle No, but seriously, Open Source Federated Communism when? Like, screw this. We can do better. I'm not sure on the details, but I think it's time we started thinking about it. :/

         I'm thinking some kind of system where there are a bunch of different organizations, each with their own particular responsibilities? And maybe some of them have the job to coordinate everyone else? And there are watchdog organizations - basically journalists who keep an eye out to make sure nobody's trying anything funny. And people can switch between organizations as needed. And of course, one of the tenets would be that no person or organization is allowed to accrue to much power or influence. It'd be up to the watchdogs to keep an eye out for this, though, and up to everybody else to enforce it. :/
