Google just added 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 to Chrome's HSTS Preload list.
That means broken devices that are using IPs that don't belong to them, will have broken web interfaces.
GOOD.
Cisco and other lazy manufacturers used IP addresses that were not available for anyone to use, and now they are being punished for this.
