      I have been using Signal for quite a while. On the positive side, I have managed to get a few Apple users (family) to use it. On the negative side, I'm not sure if the server side s/w is open source. #tuxjam

            Yes, indeed. Very nice. Encrypted video calling. Without the need for the Goo, MS, FB, or the like.

         @ghostdancer Well I have just installed it on my copperheadOS nexus5X and it opens. I don't have a sim card in that phone ATM so can't test any further.
