    Inspired by ↑ https://twitter.com/chrisamaphone/status/985540947055390720 / ↓ https://twitter.com/chrisamaphone/status/985515139683282944 (which made it into my eyeballs courtesy of @johnregehr@twitter.com), I watched this 2014 presentation by Alan Adler about the Aeropress - https://youtu.be/iidmqCWCxsg - then went and brewed a cup @ his recommended 80°C instead of my usual 92°C.

    It was better. Noticeably, easily better.

    Argh! Just follow the damn instructions, self!
