Me: No problem happy to help! What's the problem?

Guy: Well, I'm using some third-party plugin that isn't officially supported by your company at all.

Me: Okay, why are you using this thing and not the official one?

Guy: Because your documentation sucks and this other thing just works.

Me: Oh, shoot. Could you tell us what exactly our documentation is lacking?

Guy: I hate that you keep asking questions, I'm trying a different product now.
