      I used to have one of those drippers. I found that a traditional filter paper helped reduce the amount of sludge in the bottom of the jug. What coffee are you using?

         same as goes in the Espresso machine - I just grind it a bit chunkier (I mostly drink espresso - so it is what coffee I have)
