   What's a good 101 level article to educate random liberals about police abolition and alternatives to policing?

   I have googled, but I would really appreciate suggestions for things people find persuasive with people who think "paying police more" is a good solution, for instance

      @aprrrl Please share if you find out! Most of things I've seen are either written for an audience who's already on board with the idea or are reformist ideas that don't speak to actually abolishing the police.
