I can point at the #algo and say *why* it is there in concrete terms and if it isn't working, we can tweak that. It is a process we can all talk about, set goals and think about it democratically. But editors are natural autocrats and this offends them. This is why you see such #m5m scum doing what they do, because it is always about ego and masturbation.
