Got my Henckels Classic 6". Realized it's the mass market Spanish line.
It's sharp, one piece, thinner than the pro line (my other knives) but it was only $28 so if it looks like a Solingen Classic and it has a good sharp edge, I can work with it.
Might use it as a large paring instead of a heavy chopper. Use this guy for detail work.
