I used to know a guy who was placing donated pre-owned computers in low-income families. Step one of his process was wipe the HDD of #Microsoft #Windows and install #Ubuntu. Maybe the lesson of today's decision is not to assist Windows users unless you're helping them convert to a #FOSS system.
