   Anyone know what the policy is for unlicensed code on github? I found some that looks promising, but the person who made it isn't returning my email and doesn't have any activity lately, and never put any kind of a license on the stuff. :/

      Okay, so digging through the project contents I found a package file with one line that reads "license": "ISC", I think that means the ISC license here? It's kinda unclear though and theres no other mention of any license. :/

      Legally it's proprietary software. But ethically who gives a hoot?
