Tanya **moved**Two days into facilitating a 3-day event to review, improve and map processes in our training department. This morning things got a little heated as we tackled use of a well loved but extremely outdated LMS. I am still not exactly sure how, but by the end of the day we had gained consensus on a new path away from the beloved beast, into a new database in preparation for an unknown future. Wow. Can I just say what a privilege it is to work with this team? #thisday
