   Something is definitely off here. They found a guy that "snapped" yet:

   -Would need some advance planning to insure a room overlooking this concert
   -Would have to know this concert was even going on (country music fan?)
   -Guy has zero social media presence (e.g. not likely to be triggered by the ills of Facebag)
   -Living a quiet life in a $400K house in a retirement community
   -"Killed self" before police entered room
   -etc.
