    In Evernote I make Notebooks and stack those into, well, a stack called GTD (getting things done). The ones that need sharing I share. Examples of Notebooks are "groceries" shared with the wife, "To-Do's" not shared and includes EVERYTHING I have tasks for, both private and work related. I always use the same structure when writing a task. Again, I use Gina Tripani's here.
