      @florian @clacke I used to work in an IT office where they had a loudspeaker which bellowed RED ALERT every minute.

      Apparently, it used to bellow RED ALERT when there was a server down or some kind of critical failure, but some clever boss thought "if I set it to shout RED ALERT every minute it'll keep the staff on their toes".

      I lasted about three months.

         @iona @florian In most places I've worked, the radiator views are only all green when something has gone wrong with the monitoring.
