Just got this update notification on my iPhone

On the surface, this seems like it should be the default. But it also means Apple has been bricking devices that were repaired by third parties
#RightToRepair is not a luxury. It’s a fundamental aspect of property ownership. It shouldn’t be designed to fail if you fix them
