@mattcropp I disagree.
Video calls are can be very draining for non-extroverts and also require constant attention, which is asking a lot for a 3 hour meeting.
Because they tend to happen in English they don't encourage diversity.
The are more difficult to archive / look up later which dicreases transparency.

@mayel @mattcropp There's also the not insignificant problem it causes for people who have voice dysphoria, or are otherwise uncomfortable with sharing their voice.
