  @clacke Some of the buses here that operate to destinations out of town have USB charging and onboard WiFi (some in town have that second one as well). Trains have more recently received onboard WiFi too as a result of new investments to get older trains off and soon we may get better service there as well.
  
  While I won't hold my breath, since we're paying more now than before, it's a start.

  Dear stranger child on the bus: Please don't say "pappa" with an angelic voice.
  
  For a tenth of a second I was thinking "omg he was supposed to stay with his grandparents and I don't have a ticket and a passport for him and how could this possibly be happening oh of course it's not happening it's not him".
