   This is the new "mastodon user matching" panel that we call "Who to follow".
   
   It uses the mastodon user matching API that is used by instances such as Pawoo to find new users based on social graph intersectionality + similar interests (based on your public posts).
   
   Absolutely no private data is sent to enable this functionality: the API server simply fetches your public messages and social graph, and compares them to other public messages it has seen recently.
