      Zum ersten Mal seit der Atomkatastrophe von Fukushima haben Reaktoren des Kraftwerksbetreibers Tepco zum Betrieb notwendige Sicherheitschecks bestanden. Die Meiler dürfen damit wieder hochgefahren werden - wenn denn die zuständigen Kommunen zustimmen.
