    The thing is, as much as I ridicule CD Projekt Red, I do -want- Cyberpunk 2077 to be good, and I hope it is. 

    I like proper RPGs. I'm very much open to more that are done well.

    I just don't have reason to believe that it will be, from literally everything CD Projekt have ever done, so far.

      If it turns out good, I'll play it, I'll enjoy it, and I'll say "good job CD Projekt on actually making something worthwhile for once." 

      It's just that...the Witcher games...Gwent...GoG...all of that has been awful, so why should I currently imagine things will be different?

        Plus, with the current gaming community as it is. Even if it's shit it'll probably get a lot of leeway because they're treated as gamings saviours. 

        We've already seen the opposite many times in how Bioware is given overly unfair criticism, in the wrong areas to actually critique, because they're not liked much these days by certain vocal indiviuals.
