    I needed a Java, so I looked up what OpenJDK is called in nixpkgs. I expected that there would be versions 6, 7 and 8, but there was only 8 and 10. Didn't know there was an OpenJDK 10 out there.

    (it's called openjdk for v8 and openjdk10 for v10)

      Meanwhile in Ubuntuland, the OpenJDK 10 package is called openjdk-11-jdk. There is a reason, but it's still funny.
