@camoceltic You know, FTL as a game I would love to play a whole lot more if that end boss wasn't a thing.  An end boss should be like a kind of final exam for the mechanics up to it but FTL's is just an exercise in complete bullshit to make things difficult for the player and the best ship at defeating it is the one you need to beat the end boss to get.
