Use Wil Weaton's 'Tabletop' as a model. https://geekandsundry.com/shows/tabletop/ To admin emphasize that it's about interaction and imagination. Show kids the show and point out how players get into and act out the part. Good luck with this - you're teaching skills they won't learn elsewhere.
