   @alice fair call. I think what happened is that people wanted to stop dignifying#CryptoCoins by calling them "coins", so they just dropped that part from the neologism.

      @alice I try to use #crypto-token when talking about #BitCoin et al, and #blockchain when referring to the tech in general. This helps me avoid falling into woolly thinking on the subject too
