One easy trick for #MentalHealth improvement:
Unfollow someone who you feel triggers your anxieties.
Remove toxic people from your life and reduce your stress levels exponentially.
I did this to make my Twitter usable, as soon as I saw something that made me feel uncomfortable (not the "oh I don't like their opinion", but the "They always make me feel anxious" uncomfortable).
Don't be afraid to unfollow, if you change your mind you can always re-follow!
