Oh noes, Microsoft ha comprado Github! Seguro que lo hacen privativo... Oh wait.

Didn't #python move it's code to #github last year or the year before?

@lnxw48a1 I was going to say that they'll be regretting that decision now (if the microsoft story is try), but perhaps the python team doesn't care. I mean, they migrated to github knowing full well it was a proprietary system. "That's where everyone is" I think was their logic.

@tuttle Microsoft will certainly now assure Github users that "nothing will change for you. (At least for now.) Github will stay Github and we will even give you some free goodies. Of course in a few years........." @lnxw48a1

@mcscx2 @lnxw48a1 The thought that they will now have the map of who works on what, who knows who, and who works with who, is not good. I mean, ok, microsoft is no worse than google or amazon o facebook, but Microsoft is the free software developers old archenemy by excellence. It sucks to know they have a large part of community by the balls.

@tuttle Not sure. But I don't think it will affect it in any way.

Que mal me ha sabido estos años ir diciendo una y otra vez que github era propietario que que había que dejarlo. Me cansa, y mucho. Pero ahora será un poco más facil.
