Had a lot of fun recently participating in a "design week" at the #Outlandish co-op in London. It was pretty intense but definitely the best way to spend my first days working with #Moodle as Technical Architect on the #MoodleNet project. The workshops were made all the more interesting and educational by being run using #sociocracy (a consent-based non-hierarchical decisionmaking process):
